Required products :
1.5 kg of potato
feathers green onions to taste
4 tomatoes
300 grams of yellow cheese
mayonnaise to taste and optionally
salt and other spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, cut them into circles. Mix them with chopped green onions and season to taste. Add a little mayonnaise if desired. If you do not use mayonnaise, add oil or olive oil.
Pour into a suitable container, arrange the tomato rings on the surface and pour a little water. Cover the dish with foil and place in a preheated oven. Let the dish simmer for 20 minutes, then remove the pan, sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese and return the dish to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to bake and form an appetizing cheese crust on top.
