How To Cook Potatoes With Milk-egg Filling In The Oven - Recipe

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 20 milliliters of vegetable fat
  • spices

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes, cut them into medium-sized cubes and pour into a pan (use glass, ceramic or silicone).

Add the sliced ​​carrots, onions (in semicircles) and stir.

Season the vegetables to taste and pour in the oil. Stir again.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
