Required products :
For 1-2 servings
2 potatoes
4 tomatoes
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
200 grams butter
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons mustard seeds
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
ground chili to taste
1-2 teaspoons grated
cranberries and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut into large cubes. Cut the tomatoes in the same way.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds, cumin, turmeric, coriander, black pepper and chili. Heat the spices over low heat, then add the butter and ginger.
A few minutes later, pour the diced tomatoes into the pan and let them fry briefly (a few minutes) over medium heat.
It's time for the potatoes, add them to the other products, also finely chopped parsley, salt to taste and mix everything.
After 5 minutes the fragrant dish is ready. You can remove from the heat and serve. If desired, serve as a side dish.
