Easy to prepare baked stuffed potatoes stuffed with tuna and sweet corn. Serve with a salad of your choice and enjoy the magnificent combination of ingredients.

Necessary products:

  • 4 large unpeeled potatoes
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 2 cans of sweet corn
  • 4 tablespoons yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork. Place them directly on the middle shelf in the preheated oven. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours or until well browned.

Strain the tuna and sweet corn. Pour them into a bowl and mix with yogurt and mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate to cool.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and cut in half. Fill with the cooled mixture of tuna and sweet corn and serve with a salad of your choice.
