How To Cook Pots With Chocolate Pudding And Mint Extract - Recipe

Required products :

  • 350 grams of cream cheese (Philadelphia, mascarpone) at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid cream with 35% fat
  • 1/2 tea cup chocolate paste (ganache)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 400 grams of chocolate biscuits
  • 8 sprigs of mint for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth using a mixer. Reduce the speed to a minimum, add the cream and stir. Then increase the speed to maximum and beat for 2 minutes. Finally add the chocolate paste and mint extract, mix until smooth.

Grind or crush the chocolate biscuits. In clear glass cups, distribute the chocolate-cream pudding, sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of biscuits and "plant" a sprig of mint in these cute "pots".

You can serve it right away, but if you put the dessert in the fridge overnight, it will be even tastier.

For the chocolate paste

 

150 grams of dark chocolate

250 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 35%

 

To make the chocolate paste, you need to bring the cream to a boil and when this happens, add the chocolate to it (let it melt) and leave the combination to cool (you can put it in the fridge overnight, but if you don't have that much time, 10 minutes are enough to thicken the paste).

 

To prepare mint extract :

 

1/4 tea cup of mint leaves

100 milliliters of vodka or other suitable alcohol

100 milliliters of water

 

Cut the mint leaves, put them in a jar and pour the water and vodka, shake several times. Leave to stand for 3 weeks, shaking periodically. Strain the liquid before use.
