How To Cook Profiteroles With Condensed Milk Cream And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

100 grams butter
4 eggs
180 grams flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
250 milliliters of water

For the cream:

400 grams of condensed milk
180 grams of butter

glaze optional
crushed walnuts for rolling

Method of preparation :

Bring the water to a boil and add the butter and salt. Bring to the boil again and add the flour, stirring thoroughly and 2 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and place the eggs one at a time, stirring after each.
Cover the bottom of the form with parchment or grease with oil. Spread the dough in it, forming profiteroles with a spoon or pastry syringe. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).

Beat the condensed milk with the butter. Make incisions on the baked eclairs and fill them with cream. You can do this with a syringe.
Drizzle with icing of your choice and roll in crushed walnuts.
