How To Cook Profiteroles With Vanilla Ice Cream And Chocolate Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 150 grams of flour
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 500 grams of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 90 grams of butter

For the sauce:

  • 250 grams of chocolate
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 40 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation :

Make steamed dough. In 250 milliliters of boiling water put the diced butter, salt and sugar.
Once the water boils, pour all the flour into it at once and stir vigorously with a spatula. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then add the eggs one by one, stirring after placing each. The dough should cool.

Grease a baking dish with oil and with the help of two teaspoons take from the dough and arrange in the dish.
Bake the profiteroles for 20 minutes at 210 degrees. Allow them to cool, while making the chocolate sauce.

Break the chocolate into pieces, put in a bowl, add the butter and pour over the milk. Melt over low heat.

Cut the already cooled profiteroles, fill them with ice cream, arrange in a suitable flat dish to serve and pour the delicious sauce.

Serve immediately and eat without remorse!
