How To Cook Protein Candies For Athletes (with Chocolate And Peanut Butter) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Protein candies for athletes (with chocolate and peanut butter)". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 2 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla protein powder
  • salt to taste
  • water if necessary
  • 2 cups vegetarian dark chocolate, no sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, agave syrup, protein, salt and water. Form balls the size of a tablespoon and arrange on a plate.

Put the candies in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Add the vanilla extract.

Grease baking paper, remove the semi-finished candies from the refrigerator, dip in the chocolate and arrange on the paper. Leave for 30-45 minutes, then put back in the fridge for another 30-45 minutes.

Nutritional information (per ball): 52 calories, 1.2 grams of protein, 5.3 grams of carbohydrates, 4.3 grams of fat.
