How To Cook Protein Roll With Mascarpone And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Protein dessert roll with mascarpone and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the protein sheet:

4 egg whites
100 grams sugar
1 teaspoon light balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar a
little coconut shavings a
little brown sugar

For the chocolate table:

100 grams of chocolate
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar

For cream:

125 milliliters of liquid cream
250 grams of mascarpone
150 grams of cottage cheese
1/2 tea cup of condensed milk

Method of preparation :

First make the chocolate mass by breaking the chocolate into pieces and putting it in a saucepan. Add the cocoa, sugar, butter, pour a spoonful of milk and boil the combination until it thickens. The consistency should be creamy and soft enough.

While the chocolate is cooling, apply the cream.

Beat the mascarpone together with the cottage cheese and condensed milk. Separately, lightly whip the cream and then add it to the other products.

It's time for the swamps. Beat the egg whites, starting at low speed, which then change to maximum and then start adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat until fluffy. Finally, pour the balsamic vinegar, add the vanilla sugar and spread the mixture evenly in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle the surface with coconut shavings and bake the base for 30-40 minutes at 160 degrees.

The coconut will be toasted, but that's the way it should be.

Remove the marshmallows from the stove and leave for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a towel that you have previously sprinkled with brown sugar. Remove the parchment (moisten with water using a brush).

Cover with chocolate mass (leave a little for decoration), then apply mascarpone cream and cottage cheese.

Roll up a roll (on the shorter side) using a towel. Align the edges.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with the reserved chocolate.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then put for another 30 in the freezer.

Instead of chocolate, you can use thick strawberry cream or sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
