Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Pour olive oil into a large deep saucepan and heat. Fry the banana cubes until soft (5-7 minutes). Remove the fried banana to a large plate covered with paper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and fry the salami until soft and crispy (4-6 minutes). Remove from the heat and set aside.
Mash the fried bananas, soffrito sauce, black pepper and salt to a creamy consistency. Pour a little water if necessary. Add the salami cubes, season with olive oil and stir. Transfer the mixture to a pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned, then serve.
