How To Cook Puff Pastry Patties With Milk Pumpkin Cream And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Butter patties with pumpkin milk cream and powdered sugar". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 200 grams of boiled pumpkin
  • 125 grams of sweetened skim milk
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • 2 grams of cinnamon
  • 10 grams of liquid honey

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment, thaw the dough and cut it into squares of equal size. Put the pumpkin in a blender, add the milk, cinnamon and honey.

Beat until smooth and cool. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the patties until golden.

Cool and cut in the middle each. Fill with pumpkin cream and cover with their cuttings.

 

Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and serve.
