Learn how to cook "Butter pie stuffed with sauerkraut and mushrooms". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
800 grams of puff pastry
4 tea cups chopped finely sauerkraut
3 tablespoons oil or other fat of choice
50 grams of dried mushrooms
1 onion
minced black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the cabbage with boiling water, then fry it in 2 tablespoons of fat until soft.
Boil the mushrooms, cut them into pieces and fry separately in the remaining oil together with the finely chopped onion.
Mix the cabbage with the mushrooms and onions and the filling for the pie is ready.
Roll out the dough, forming two layers. Put one on the bottom of a suitable wet pan, spread the filling and cover with the second layer of dough. Pinch the edges and bake the pie at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
