 Required products :

  • 1 packet of puff pastry (400 grams)
  • 2 lemons - their juice and peel (grated)
  • 2 packets of 220 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sugar + 3 tablespoons to sprinkle
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Cover a small rectangular pan with aluminum foil and grease it (use cooking spray).

Divide the dough into 2 parts in the middle and put one in the pan.

Stir in the lemon zest (separate some of it) and the juice in a bowl. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and mix with the lemon.

Spread the cream on the marshmallows and cover with the second half of the puff pastry sheets. Grease with melted butter.

Mix the remaining lemon peel with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Sprinkle the cake and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, then cut.
