Required products :
1 packet of puff pastry

Method of preparation :
Soak the raisins for a while in cognac, thaw the dough.
Add the vanilla sugar to the milk and bring to the boil. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and flour, then carefully pour 1/3 of the milk into the mixture, mix thoroughly and then add the rest of the milk. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool the finished cream.
