Required products :

1 packet of puff pastry

about 200 grams of raisins

500 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1.5 tablespoons flour

2 eggs

Method of preparation :

Soak the raisins for a while in cognac, thaw the dough.

Add the vanilla sugar to the milk and bring to the boil. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and flour, then carefully pour 1/3 of the milk into the mixture, mix thoroughly and then add the rest of the milk. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool the finished cream.

Roll out the thawed dough and spread it with all the cream, spread the raisins evenly on it, roll it into a roll, which you cut into pieces about 2 - 2.5 cm thick. Arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
