Required products :

  • 500 grams of ready-made puff pastry
  • 600 grams of minced meat (a mixture of beef and pork)
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and mix it with the minced meat. Add the chopped fresh parsley and season with turmeric, salt, red and black pepper. Knead.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough, so that the thickness of the layer is about a centimeter, and the size - in accordance with the shape that you will use for baking the pie, provide dough for forming boards.

Cover the pan with parchment paper and place the dough. Evenly distribute the minced meat filling, put pieces of chili pepper for spiciness on the pie and cover with the rest of the dough, which you also roll out beforehand.

Pinch the edges of the two puff pastry layers and bake the pie for about 30 minutes (the exact time depends on your oven, which you need to preheat) at 180-200 degrees.
