Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon leavening agent
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of pumpkin

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Put the cream, oil and eggs in a separate bowl. Combine the two mixtures.

Grind the hazelnuts, grate the pumpkin with a large grater and pour them into the resulting dough.

Grease a suitable form with oil, pour the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake (about 25-30 minutes).
