Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons raw walnuts, crushed
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 tea cup whose
  • 1 teaspoon dried figs
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 2 3/4 tea cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoons salt - Himalayan or sea
  • 450 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

1/3 teaspoon ground flaxseed

Method of preparation :

Roast the walnuts and pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the roasted nuts with the chia seeds, add chopped figs, flaxseed, oatmeal, pumpkin seasoning and salt.

In a bowl, combine the puree, olive oil, milk and maple syrup. Stir and add the oatmeal mixture in portions.

Transfer the mixture to a small rectangular cake tin (for bread) lined with baking paper and cover with scratch foil. Let stand 2 hours at room temperature.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Wait for it to cool 15-20 minutes before cutting the bread.
