  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 eggs

For cream:

  • 500 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation :

While you prepare the dough for the marshmallows, turn the oven to 180 degrees to heat.

Add the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon to the flour. Then beat the eggs in the dry mixture, pour the oil and add the grated pumpkin. Beat everything with a mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes and pour the dough into a greased form.

Bake for about 50-60 minutes (check readiness with a toothpick).

Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla and powdered sugar.

When the finished loaf has cooled, apply cream on it and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Another option is to cut the marshmallows in half horizontally and glue the parts with cream. Also smear the surface with it and sprinkle with cinnamon.
