Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and cover a pan with a sheet of parchment. In a bowl, mix the puree with the vanilla, sugar, apple juice, butter and beat until the products are mixed.
In another bowl, sift the flour and add the leavening agents, cinnamon and salt. Combine the products and stir. Pour the thick mixture into the pan, smooth the surface and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool the cake while you prepare the caramel.
