How To Cook Pumpkin Cake With Cinnamon And Cream Cheese Glaze - Recipe

Necessary products

For the cake:

4 eggs
1 2/3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon oil
420 grams pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the glaze:

220 grams of cream cheese
120 grams of softened butter
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and pumpkin puree on medium speed.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and add a pinch of salt. Add the dry combination to the pumpkin mass and beat until smooth at low speed.
Pour the resulting dough into a greased form measuring about 33 x 25 cm and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Make the glaze by mixing the cream cheese and butter until smooth with a mixer. Add the sugar to them and beat again on low speed. Add the vanilla extract and stir.

When the cake has cooled completely, apply the icing on its surface and cut into pieces.
