Required products :

250 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of butter
400 grams of flour + 1 more tablespoon
250 grams of sour cream
100 grams of pumpkin (you can replace with apples)
100 grams of raisins
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
sugar to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese with the butter and one egg, add the flour with the baking powder and mix. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for a while.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil it in sweetened water. If you use apples, you may not cook them.

 
Grease a suitable form with butter, sprinkle with sugar and put in it the dough that you have previously rolled out, as part of it to cover 1-2 centimeters from the walls of the dish.

 
Boil the raisins in boiling water, drain the liquid from the prepared pumpkin and spread the fruit on the base. Sprinkle with sugar.
