Required products :
220 grams of roasted pumpkin puree
2 eggs
100 grams of roasted apple puree
75 milliliters of water
200 grams of sugar
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon soda
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon raisins
For cream:
200 milliliters of whipping cream
200 grams of high-fat sour cream
100 grams of sugar
walnuts for decoration on request
Method of preparation :
Mix the pumpkin puree with the apple puree, add the eggs, water and sugar.
Add soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the flour. Combine the two mixtures, add the walnuts, raisins and mix everything thoroughly.
Bake the marshmallows in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready. When cool, cut it in half horizontally.
Make a cream by whipping the cream, add the sugar and sour cream. Coat one tray with it and cover with the second. Apply the cream on the surface of the cake. You can decorate with walnuts as desired.
