Required products :
For the dough:
200 grams of flour
100 grams of butter
1 egg
1 - 2 tablespoons water (if necessary)
pinch of salt
For the filling:
400 - 500 grams of pumpkin
3 eggs
50 milliliters of fresh milk
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 tea cup walnuts
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
Method of preparation :
Clean the pumpkin from the seeds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for an hour.
Meanwhile, make the dough. Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and diced butter. Use a knife and cut until you get large crumbs. All dough products must be well cooled.
Before using the oil, you can put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Make a hole in the flour and beat the egg in it. Stir. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water. Stir again, but do not knead. Then form a ball, which you roll out on a plate sprinkled with flour. Everything must be done quickly so as not to melt the butter.
Transfer the dough to a form (diameter 24 cm) using a rolling pin. On the walls of the vessel form an edge with a height of 3 centimeters. Punch the surface with a fork and put the tray in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes. Then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and let the marsh bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the walnuts with a knife.
Peel a squash, grate it and grind it into a puree.
Pour the puree into a bowl and add honey, walnuts, milk, lemon juice and stir.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose.
Add them to the pumpkin mixture.
It's time for cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir.
Distribute the resulting filling on the marsh and place in a preheated oven to 170 degrees. Let the cake bake until the filling thickens (about 35 - 40 minutes).
When the finished sweet has cooled, cut into pieces and pour honey.
