Required products :
800 grams peeled and cleaned of seeds pumpkin
4 apples (better sour)
1 tea cup semolina
4 eggs
1/3 tea cup fresh milk
1/3 tea cup sugar
condensed milk (optional)
you can add raisins if desired
Method of preparation :
Cut the pumpkin into large cubes, put them in a saucepan and pour water to the middle of the pieces. Let simmer for 10 minutes until soft, then mash. Allow the puree to cool.
Dissolve the semolina in the milk, you will get the consistency of thick cream. Beat the eggs in the mixture and make a "dough" to which you add the sugar and the cooled pumpkin puree. Stir.
Peel the apples, remove the seeds from the core and cut them into cubes or random pieces. Spread them on the bottom of an oiled pan.
Pour the dough over them and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees.
If you decide to use condensed milk, put it on the dough and you will get an interesting "drawing" as in the photo below.
