In the fall, we all try to diversify the recipes with your favorite pumpkin . And these candies are guaranteed to become a favorite in your family. Here's how to prepare them.


Necessary products:

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crystal sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed allspice
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 1/3 tea cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Method of preparation:

Grease or cover a small tray with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a saucepan on low. Add sugar and spices. Once all the crystals have melted, it is the turn of the other components.

Put the corn syrup first, then the condensed milk and finally the pumpkin puree. Mix each ingredient well after adding it. Stir constantly to get a "dough" like a hard ball. It must have the density of plasticine and retain its shape.

Transfer to a pan and flatten with your hands, pressing well. Cut the cooled mixture into small pieces in the desired shape. Wrap each candy individually in aluminum foil or colored paper. Store in a container that is tightly closed.
