How To Cook Pumpkin Casserole With Apples, Semolina And Butter - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams pumpkin
150 grams apples
2 eggs
150 grams butter
1/2 teaspoon semolina
1 tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
vanilla
pinch of soda

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces, put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and cook for about 15-20 minutes (until soft).

 

Drain the liquid, add a pinch of salt and mash until smooth.

 

Allow it to cool.

 

During this time, peel the apples, clean the core with the seeds and grate.

 

Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.

 

Transfer the chilled pumpkin to a suitable bowl. Add the apples, butter, semolina, vanilla and mix everything.

 

Then pour the eggs. Stir thoroughly.

 

Distribute the dough evenly in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with a greased sheet of parchment.

 

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

 

You can sprinkle the casserole with powdered sugar.
