How To Cook Pumpkin Casserole With Cinnamon And Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon sugar 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 5 tablespoons flour 
  • 1.5 teaspoons semolina 
  • 750 grams pumpkin 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda quenched in vinegar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon bark 
  • salt to taste


Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites to a froth together with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat the yolks separately with the remaining sugar and then add the semolina, flour, grated pumpkin, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon peel, oil and salt to taste. Then add the beaten egg whites and transfer the dough to a suitable pan.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
