How To Cook Pumpkin Cream Soup With Potatoes And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/4 of an ordinary large pumpkin
  • 200 grams of potatoes
  • broth or water
  • 200 grams of melted cheese (can be used with additives)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • sweet chili sauce

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and bake in the oven (180 degrees), then peel it.

Peel a squash, grate it and mix it with the pumpkin. Pour hot broth or water (the liquid should not be much, an amount equal to half the volume of vegetables is enough). Place the pan on the stove and cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are ready.

Then add the red pepper, melted cheese, a little chili sauce, black pepper and puree everything with a blender.

Sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and serve.
