Required products :

500 grams of pumpkin
200 grams of potatoes
1 onion
green spices to taste and optionally
1 teaspoon grated ginger
300 milliliters of milk
400 milliliters of water
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, finely chop the green spices and onions.

Saute onion for 5 minutes in oil. Add the potatoes, pumpkin and stir. Fill the products with boiling water, which should cover them completely.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes (until the vegetables soften).

Then pour some of the liquid and puree the rest. Pour in the milk and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Finally, add the ginger.

Serve the cream soup with sour cream, green spices and white bread rusks.
