How To Cook Pumpkin Donuts With Vanilla And Powdered Sugar - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons flour (you may need a little more)
  • May 15 grams
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • vanilla
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Boil the pumpkin in a small amount of water, in which put 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mash and allow to cool to a "warm" state. Dissolve the yeast in the pumpkin puree, add the remaining sugar, oil, flour and a little vanilla. Knead a pliable dough and leave it to rise for an hour and a half. Then form donuts and wait about 10 minutes. Fry in hot fat, let cool a bit, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
