Required products :

450 grams pumpkin
550 milliliters of milk
1 tablespoon raisins without seeds
2 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons walnuts (or other nuts of your choice)
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoons semolina

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Pour 500 milliliters of milk, add semolina, sugar, raisins and cardamom.

Put the dish on the stove and bring the combination to a boil. Allow to cook until the pumpkin is soft, the liquid will evaporate and the mixture will thicken.

 

When this happens, add the raisins, walnuts or other nuts, butter.

 

Distribute the mass evenly in a pan and wait for it to cool completely. Cut into pieces, decorate as desired and serve.
