Learn how to cook "Pumpkin hummus with hazelnuts and tahini paste". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of pumpkin
a handful of dried hazelnuts
1 clove garlic
small bunch of coriander
2 teaspoons tahini paste
2 teaspoons liquid honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
a pinch of turmeric
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Puree the prepared pumpkin with a blender, add the tahini paste, honey, garlic, turmeric and 1/4 of the salt. Break everything up briefly.
Heat olive oil, add the remaining salt and pour the hazelnuts into the bowl. Let them cook until golden, then crush coarsely in a mortar.
Transfer the hummus to suitable bowls, sprinkle with nuts and chopped coriander.
