How To Cook Pumpkin In Smoked Bacon With Herbs And Wine-cherry Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of pumpkin, cut into small pieces
  • 100 grams of turkey fillet
  • 50 grams of smoked bacon
  • 2 grams of fresh rosemary
  • 2 grams of savory (fresh or dried)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 grams of cherries
  • 10 milliliters of red wine
  • 2 grams of cardamom
  •  

Method of preparation :

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, sprinkle with pepper, salt and grill on both sides.

Then put on the pumpkin, add a little of the herbs and wrap in smoked bacon.

Bake in the oven at medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Grind the cherries in a blender, pour the wine, put the cardamom. Transfer the mixture to a fireproof dish and place on the hob. Once the sauce boils, remove from the heat and decorate the pumpkin appetizer.
