Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 30 grams of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the milk (keep warm), add a pinch of salt, sugar, eggs and stir. Then pour the flour.

Grate the pumpkin coarsely and add it to the dough. Stir. You can pour 2 tablespoons as desired.

Bake pancakes in a greased pan.

Serve with sour cream, favorite jam or honey.
