How To Cook Pumpkin Muffins With Walnuts And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pumpkin muffins with walnuts and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 180 grams of crystal white sugar
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 20 grams of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 60 grams of walnuts
  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • a little salt

Method of preparation :

Remove the skin, seeds and fibers from the pumpkin, grate it on a medium grater and drain the juice.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Mix the butter with the white sugar, add the eggs, citrus juice and peel (grated or finely chopped), pumpkin and stir.

Add baking powder, a little salt, vanilla sugar to the flour, stir and combine the dry mixture with the butter.

The dough should be a little thick. Distribute it in pre-greased silicone muffin tins. The mixture should not take up more than 2/3 of each dish, as the dough will swell during baking.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Lightly dry the walnuts, peel them and grind or crush coarsely. Melt the chocolate (in a water bath).

When the cupcakes are ready, pour the liquid chocolate over them and sprinkle with the nuts.

Enjoy!
