Necessary products:

 

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • half a pumpkin, cut into pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese
  • 150 grams of finely chopped bacon
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream and milk. Stir until the products are mixed and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a pan, fry the pumpkin and bacon. Season with garlic, add the cheese and stir. Pour the mixture into a pie pan, pour over the milk mixture and bake the pie for 40-45 minutes.

 

When ready, cool, cut into pieces and serve the pie, accompanied by a fresh salad of your choice.
