Necessary products:

600 grams of roasted pumpkin

4 teaspoons flour

1 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

250 grams of butter

1.5 teaspoons sugar

4 eggs

1/2 cup seedless raisins

1/2 cup ground walnuts

Method of preparation:

Bake the pumpkin until done (about an hour). When it cools, take only the inner part (remove the crust) and mash it with a fork (you can also use a food processor).

Pour the flour and cinnamon in a large bowl, add the butter, cut into pieces and sugar. Beat everything for about 20 seconds at the highest speed of the appliance.

Fine crumbs should be obtained. Mix the eggs together with the pumpkin (stir for about 10 seconds, until smooth). Grind the walnuts and add them together with the raisins to the dough. Stir.

Grease a baking dish with oil, sprinkle the bottom with flour, pour the dough and level its surface.

Put the pie to bake for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick (the dough should not stick to them). Do not remove immediately from the dish, wait 5 minutes and then do so. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with a suitable cream.

Enjoy your meal!
