Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line an 18 cm baking tray with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Finely grind pecans.
In a bowl, combine the nuts with the puree, spice, eggs and 3/4 of the honey, vanilla and salt. Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, check the readiness with a stick.
Cool before removing from the pan and carefully peel off the paper.
In a bowl, beat the coconut cream until airy, add the remaining honey.
Spread cream pie or put a spoonful of it in each portion.
