How To Cook Pumpkin Porridge With Banana, Rice And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

700 grams pumpkin
1 banana
3 tablespoons rice
3 teaspoons fresh milk
50 grams melted cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
30 grams butter
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Put them in a saucepan, pour a little water and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Then drain the liquid and mash the pumpkin.

Put the milk on the stove, let it boil and then pour it over the pumpkin. Add the rice and stir. Add salt to taste, add sugar and cook for 20 minutes (until semi-finished).

Peel a banana, grate it and add to the mash. Add the butter and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a suitable container, which is placed in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with grated melted cheese.
