  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid cream
  • 5 eggs

Method of preparation :

Grate the pumpkin, add half of the butter and granulated sugar. Let it simmer on low heat, gradually pouring a glass and a half of milk in small portions. Then allow the combination to cool.

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, butter and milk, pour the liquid cream. The consistency should become homogeneous, then add to the stewed pumpkin. Stir.

Beat the egg whites together with the powdered sugar until a state of "fluffy thick peaks" and mix thoroughly with the main filling.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into 3 equal rectangles, taking into account the size of the form that you will use for baking.

Place a sheet of dough on the bottom of the bowl, distribute evenly half of the filling, cover with the second layer of dough, the rest of the filling and finish the arrangement with the last rectangle of dough.

Bake the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes.
When the finished pumpkin has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
