Learn how to cook "Pumpkin puree with banana, nuts and seeds". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the puree:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning (if you don't have one, mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with a pinch of grated nutmeg)
  • a little vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed boiled pumpkin
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Additives:

  • chopped candied ginger
  • chopped dates
  • bee pollen
  • granola / nuts
  • roasted pumpkin seeds
  • chopped roasted almonds or other nuts
  • roasted coconut shavings
  • honey or maple syrup

Method of preparation :

Mix the almond milk and butter, add the pumpkin seasoning, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Then pour the mashed pumpkin and banana.

Beat the products until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, which is transferred to a deep plate or bowl and flattened with a silicone spatula.

Arrange the additives beautifully on the surface of the porridge, pour liquid honey or maple syrup and serve immediately.

The banana aroma is subtle. The fruit is used to give sweetness to the puree and contribute to its smoother texture.

If you want the dish to be thicker, pre-freeze the pumpkin. In this case, you may need to use a little more almond milk than the specified amount.

The porridge is suitable for breakfast, is healthy and strengthens the immune system.

Have a good time!
