How To Cook Pumpkin Roll With Butter Filling With Cream Cheese - Recipe

  • 3 broken eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 tea cups pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 tea cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 240 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar + extra for sprinkling
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and grease a large rectangular pan (measuring 10x15 cm) with cold oil.

Mix the eggs with the sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin puree using a kitchen wire. In another bowl, mix the flour and soda. Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth.

Spread in the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool briefly and transfer to a clean kitchen towel. Roll up and set aside to cool the marsh completely.

Mix the butter with the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer.

When the marsh is completely cooled, spread and spread with butter and cheese cream. Roll up again (this time without the towel) and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until you decide to serve. Just before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into 8-10 pieces.
