Required products :
2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
120 milliliters of water
120 milliliters of olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the pumpkin seeds in a blender, pour the water, olive oil and lemon juice. Add the peeled garlic cloves and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Grind everything until a homogeneous mixture.
The sauce is ready. An option is to use roasted pumpkin seeds instead of raw.
You can serve with spaghetti.
