Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into large pieces. Boil them in steam or water for 10-15 minutes, drain the liquid and leave to cool.
Then grind with a blender, add peeled and sliced banana, yogurt, flaxseed, oatmeal, honey and spices.
Puree everything and distribute in suitable cups.
Tasty and very useful.
