Required products :
600 grams of pumpkin (raw)
3 large lemons
1 grapefruit
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
honey on request and to taste
ice cubes
Required products :
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Boil it in water or steam for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, let the pumpkin cool and grind with a blender, adding the cinnamon.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons and grapefruit, pour it over the pumpkin, add honey (if desired) and beat again until smooth.
Put ice cubes in low wide glasses and distribute the pumpkin drink. Serve immediately.
