Required products :
1/3 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon cleaned of seeds, peeled and sliced raw pumpkin
40 grams almonds
pinch ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon crushed ice
Method of preparation :
Put the peeled pumpkin pieces in the bowl of a blender, add the yogurt and almonds, which you have previously soaked for 1-2 hours in water. Sweeten with maple syrup, add a pinch of cinnamon and crushed ice cubes.
Beat everything, distribute the drink in suitable cups and serve immediately.
