Required products :
1 medium pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon semolina
1 teaspoon milk
2 eggs
400 grams minced meat mixture
1 onion
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
oil
Method of preparation :
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Stew in a little oil over medium heat, it should soften. Then pour in the milk and slowly add the semolina, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Remove from the heat, let cool.
Meanwhile, fry the minced meat with onions in a separate bowl.
When the pumpkin puree has cooled, add the eggs and stir. From the dough form flat cakes, in the middle of each put a little of the minced meat and make zrazy (oblong meatballs).
Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown on both sides.
