Learn how to cook "Pumpkin cake, walnuts and chocolate glaze". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

300 grams of butter (250 g for the dough and 50 g for the glaze)

180 grams of sugar

1 egg

vanilla on the tip of a knife

250 grams of pumpkin puree

a little canned pineapple (about a cup)

250 grams of flour

250 grams of fine oatmeal

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

150 grams of walnuts

50 - 100 milliliters of milk

200 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter for the dough, beat it together with the sugar, add the egg and vanilla. Grind the pineapples (without the syrup) to make a paste and pour them into the oil mixture. You should add the pumpkin puree and mix well again.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and combine with the resulting pumpkin-butter puree. Grind the walnuts (it doesn't have to be very fine), put them in the dough as well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pour the mixture and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes. When the cake is baked, wait for it to cool and cut into diamonds.

Make the glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the milk, butter. A cream with a consistency suitable for spreading should be obtained. Cover the diamonds with it and arrange several on top of each other. That is all.

Enjoy your meal!
