Required products :

500 grams of pumpkin (peeled and peeled)
120 grams of prunes
60 grams of butter
water
3 tablespoons sugar
vanilla sugar to taste
grated dark and white chocolate to taste (for sprinkling)

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pumpkin into large pieces.

 

Put some of the butter on the bottom of the pot, follow a row of pumpkin, add prunes (pitted) and continue in the same sequence until both products are exhausted.

 

Sprinkle with sugar, add the remaining butter and pour water to take 1/3 of the dish.
