Required products :

For the dough:

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 270 - 300 milliliters of water
  • pinch of salt

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of pumpkin
  • 200 - 250 grams of sugar
  • 100 milliliters of vegetable oil or melted butter
  • raisins to taste
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the flour and water, add a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate.

Divide the finished dough into 4 parts, roll each of them thinly, stretch with your hands and spread the pumpkin on their surface. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, add raisins to taste and pour oil or melted butter.

Roll up 4 rolls. Grease a pan and arrange them in it, rolling like a snail. You can arrange in a circle, for example, or in any other way you prefer.

Grease the pie with butter, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
